I couldn’t do this on my own, so I partner with my wife, Kristi, who is also an agent with Hawai’i Life. We offer two licensed agents to represent your interests.
While I will be your primary contact and be involved in every aspect of the transaction, Kristi works mostly with sellers and is available to assist as necessary (including staging advice, being present at showings and marketing the property to her sphere of influence). This is our bread and butter. Representing sellers and buyers is not a part-time gig for us. We make our livelihood helping people with, in most cases, the largest purchase or sale in their lifetime.
